One of the most annoying problems for terminal users: speech recognition gets something wrong, but fixing text in a terminal is a pain — the cursor is hard to place, backspace is easy to fumble, and the input method likes to jump around. The new Delayed paste feature exists to fix exactly this. Let go of the hotkey after speaking, and instead of pasting immediately, the result opens in an edit window where you can correct it by hand with normal text editing, then paste it to the cursor with one action once it looks right.

The edit window gives you three options: press Enter to paste right away; edit it by hand and then click paste; or press ESC to cancel this input entirely. If a technical term keeps coming out wrong, you can click the word chip to add it to your personal vocabulary — it won't get misrecognized again, and the richer your vocabulary gets, the smoother things run. Delayed paste is off by default; toggle it any time under Settings → General.

Config import/export now uses Base64 encoding, making it easier to copy across devices, while staying backward-compatible with plain JSON exports from older versions. Pro users who reactivate after a downgrade get their speech engine and overlay theme automatically restored to what they had before downgrading — no need to reselect anything by hand.
